Announcement! 📣

Unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with the Noel Night Market event this year. Thank you to all of the previous volunteers, businesses, and vendors that made this event successful.

We are pleased to announce that the Rockcastle Arts Association will continue to sponsor the City of Mt. Vernon Christmas parade the first Saturday in December and provide cash prizes for contest winners.
