Where Science and Play Intersect! Current public hours: Tuesdays (summer only!), Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 9am - 4pm. Wednesdays are reserved for pre-scheduled field trips. COOKIE is the 2026 local champion of SPI's Munch Madness competition by just a couple of votes! Both our in-person visitors and our online voters agreed that SWEET beats SAVORY in the final match-up with PIZZA. Asked about her victory, COOKIE said "it's as simple as this - winners don't crumble under pressure."
