WJAC TV was at the Bricktown Museum this morning to do a story on our Horrorween Haunted Warehouse coming up in October! Thanks to all the ghouls and goblins who appeared this morning to welcome reporter Sam York! The story is tentatively scheduled to air this Thursday morning between 5:00 and 7:00 am. Sam took a lot of footage. It will be interesting to see what footage makes the cut!

Thank you to the 104 visitors who attended our Open House this weekend! We received an abundance of positive and supportive compliments. We learned more about our collection, helped one visitor identify the location of her father’s photo and received a number of new artifacts! In all, it was a very successful event. It appears we attracted people from as far away as Germantown, MD! Below is a photo of three booklets donated by a local visitor who worked for the MKT (Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railroad) also known as the Katy!

Hope to see you today!!!

1907 featuring The elevated tracks, with PRR #7002 engine at the finished Station after dedication # 1 of 3 in the series I painted, working on #2 which will feature EBT #7 known as 'AUGHWICK' that was nearly destroyed in the fire at EBT, it was rebuilt, couldn't find a lot of pictures of it, so mainly going on the drawings and the photo of the remains after the fire...I haven't chosen what #3 will feature as of yet. Hope you will support all the hard work going on in at this great Museum, please donate to the donation page so this legacy of what was the largest brick producing town in the world, in it's time, will have a preserved legacy for future generations...
