Yay! Healing from wisdom teeth surgery today, but it’s a happy Friday because I’ve been accepted into the 21st Annual Cherokee Art Market for the following categories: 1) Paintings, 2) Photography and Digital Arts, & 3) Drawing, Graphics, and Mixed Media! Congratulations to all accepted artists! I look forward to another fun year at CAM! It will be my 3rd CAM! 😎🤘🏼🎨🖼️👩🏻‍🎨

WE'RE CELEBRATING OUR DEBUT RELEASE!
The Debut Album ᎠᏌᏃ ᎩᎦᎨ (The Red Dress) by RematriNation is now available for pre-order ahead of Red Dress Day
To commemorate the release, the first pressing of ᎠᏌᏃ ᎩᎦᎨ (The Red Dress) will include exclusive collector’s items. The first 50 CD copies will be hand-signed by Juan R. Leõn and Lisa LaRue, while the first 100 copies will feature a limited-edition Red Dress sticker available only in this initial run.
Every physical CD will also contain surprise enclosures, making each copy a unique keepsake. These may include red ribbon, jewelry, scratch-off cards redeemable for free downloads from other artists on Melodic Revolution Records and Wadulisi Recordings, as well as additional mystery items curated by the band and label.
This release also marks the debut of Wadulisi Recordings, a Native American woman-owned label and an imprint of Melodic Revolution Records.

Another practice round for NDN Art Rally! Finished with 12 seconds left on my timer! These are two 5x7 illustrations of Cherokee homelands, taped together and created with ink, alcohol markers, and acrylic markers (2-in-1)! I want to try one more practice round, maybe with an animal? At least I know what’s possible in one hour! I usually take longer on my pieces. 😅

Practicing for NDN Art Rally! This is what I was able to complete in one hour with no plan or sketch. 2-5x7 pieces of mixed media paper taped together so I can knock two artworks out in one. I used ink, alcohol markers, and acrylic markers. I hope I’ll be able to produce similar results at the rally! 😎
