Follow the connection between the American Revolution and the pioneers who carried the ideals of freedom westward.

🌊 Episode 19: Three Island Crossing: Courage on the Snake River

🪵 From the parade route to the classroom — meet our Mobile Learning Center in the making!

This Fourth of July, we were proud to roll through the Idaho Falls parade with two very special displays: a recreated pioneer cabin and a covered wagon — both rooted in the real history of the Oregon and California Trails.

These aren't just parade props. They're the heart of something bigger. We're building a Mobile Learning Center that will bring the pioneer experience directly to schools, community events, and public gatherings — giving students and families a hands-on way to connect with the incredible story of the men, women, and children who traveled over 2,000 miles in search of a new life.
Just as Valley Forge reminds us of the sacrifice and resilience at the founding of this nation, the Oregon and California Trails tell the story of what came next — ordinary people with extraordinary courage, heading west into the unknown.

Stay tuned. The journey is just beginning. 🛖🐂
