It has been my privilege to create these two sided keychains in collaboration with Angela Jones for the Wayne County Museum. I didn’t make much profit on these but I didn’t intend to. I wanted to support the museum, it is a great resource in our community and displays some items from my husband’s family. YOU CANNOT GET THESE FROM ME! You can only get them at the museum. I don’t know what they cost. Give us a couple of days for me to deliver them and go buy one. Take a good look around while you are there.

For a small-town museum, this is an incredible honor. Being recognized among museums from across the Commonwealth is a testament to the support of our community, volunteers, members, donors, and visitors.

Every artifact preserved, every story shared, every child who visits, and every person who walks through our doors helps make this museum what it is.

This recognition belongs to all of you. Thank you for believing in the importance of preserving our local history and helping us tell the story of Wayne County and Monticello.

We may be a small museum, but we are proving that big things can happen when a community comes together to celebrate and preserve its heritage.
