The staff and board of the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens are deeply saddened by the passing of Kathy Biedenharn on June 5. Kathy was the wife of Henry A. “Hank” Biedenharn, III and a beloved member of our extended Biedenharn family.

Kathy’s life touched many people throughout our community. As the founder and Executive Director of City of Faith Prison Ministries, she devoted herself to helping formerly incarcerated individuals build new lives through a faith-based program centered on life skills, employment, and spiritual growth. Her compassion, leadership, and commitment to others leave a lasting legacy.

We extend our sincere sympathy to Hank, their family, their friends, and all those whose lives were blessed by Kathy’s care and service.

The family has requested that memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or City of Faith Prison Ministries.
