Art belongs everywhere! Thanks to United Way, it’s showing up in more communities than ever!

The Buchanan Center for the Arts is bringing arts opportunities into everyday places. We’re incredibly grateful for United Way support of our outreach programming in Warren, Henderson, and Mercer counties. Libraries, schools, and community spaces in all three counties now have Take & Make art kits for children, Create While you Wait spaces for everyone, and beginner art classes. We know that the arts are not separate from community life, they are central to it. Thank you, United Way of West Central Illinois, for believing this too!
