We’re taking it easy this First Friday!

We won’t be hosting a formal event at Gallery 709 this month, but we’ll still be here hanging out, playing some music, and enjoying the evening.

If you’re out for First Friday, stop in and spend some time with us. If you play an instrument, bring it along and join the jam!

❤️ An Evening to Support Tom Melhuse

Please join us at Gallery 709 on Friday, August 28th from 5:30–9:00 PM for the final evening of Tom Melhuse’s Keep Smiling.

Unfortunately, Tom will not be able to join us in person, but we would love to fill the gallery with people coming together to celebrate Tom, his art, and everything he has shared with our community.

If you’ve had your eye on one of Tom’s pieces, this will be the final opportunity to purchase work from the show before it comes down. Select pieces have also been reduced in price, giving anyone who has been considering a piece another opportunity to take home some of Tom’s work and show their support.

For those who have already purchased artwork, you’re also invited to stop by during the evening to pick up your pieces.

Most importantly, we hope you’ll come by, spend some time with Tom’s work, and help us show our support for an artist who means so much to Gallery 709 and our community. ❤️
