Amani Doula Care Encouraging peaceful birth through prenatal education, labor support, and postpartum follow up.

As a doula I offer services that educate expecting parents to help prepare them for birth and bring comfort and confidence to the labor and birth itself. Prenatal services may include basic childbirth education, preparing a birth plan, and learning comfort measures. I offer massage and other comfort measures, suggestions on labor and birth positions and generally a steady, warm presence to ease yo

ur labor and birth. Please know I am not taking the place of any support people but rather enhancing your birth team and helping you feel as comfortable, educated and encouraged as possible. I am also a certified lactation counselor and would love to support you on your breastfeeding journey, whether you are just starting out or you are working through challenges later in your baby's life.
