What an incredible night! 💙

Our second annual Be A Kid Ball raised a record-breaking $564,775 to support hands-on, play-based learning experiences for children and families.

Thank you to our sponsors, co-chairs, donors, volunteers, and the 500+ guests who made this evening so special. Your generosity helps ensure that children have access to meaningful opportunities to learn, create, explore, and grow through play.

This year's theme, How Play Shapes Us, highlighted the lasting impact play has on childhood development and the role it plays in shaping future leaders, innovators, problem-solvers, and engaged community members. Through play, children build confidence, develop critical skills, and discover their unique potential.

We're filled with gratitude for everyone who helped make this event a success. Thank you for believing in the power of play. If you missed the chance to donate and still would like to, please visit bbcmkids.org/gala.

June is almost here! 🎻

Join our Artist-in-Residence, Malik Johnson, tomorrow at 10 a.m. for an interactive storytime with actor and dancer N'Jameh Russell-Camara. With movement, music and imagination, they'll bring the story to life and encourage kids to dream big while celebrating the talents, interests and qualities that make each of us unique.

You can also catch Malik's special cello performances on June 17 and June 20. Plan your visit today!

Come clock in for the day and plan your visit to the Museum!
