🚨 TONIGHT’S LINEUP UPDATE! 🎶

Due to an emergency cancellation, Panalure will no longer be able to perform at tonight’s concert.

We’re excited to welcome Frogwater, featuring Susan Jeske Dermody and John Nicholson, to the Charles Allis Art Museum! Known for their eclectic blend of Celtic, Bluegrass, Old-Time, and Blues, Frogwater has been a longtime favorite at Milwaukee events including Summerfest, Irish Fest, and Bastille Days.

The Charles Allis Art Museum is pleased to announce our Fall Artist in Residence, Siri Stensberg.

Siri is a multimedia artist exploring the intersection of color, material, and space. She grew up in Appleton, WI and received her B.F.A. in Drawing and Painting in 2019 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Born into a musical family, her experiences as a performing musician shaped a strong interest in rhythm, lyricism, and resonation. Siri completed her M.F.A. in Studio Art at Washington State University in 2022. In 2023 she received the Mary Nohl Suitcase Export Award for her sound and installation work. Her video works have been shown at VIVO Media Arts Center (Vancouver, B.C.), Franconia Sculpture Park (Schafer, MN), Independent Art and Image Space (Chongqing, China), Wide Open Experimental Film Festival (Oklahoma City, OK), and ACID Media (online). She has exhibited her installation work nationally. Siri lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she works as a freelance artist and art educator.

Siri’s solo exhibition will on display throughout the museum from November 2026 through February 2027. More details to come!

Panalure is a 7-piece Milwaukee band with an eclectic mix of rock, folk, country, blues and jazz. Panalure is fronted by singer-songwriter-guitarist Fred Ziegler, with Susan Nicholson on fiddle and mandolin, Jack Nicholson on guitar, Ken Hanson on bass, Bob Jennings on keyboards, Bob Schneider on drums, and Kari Hoff on vocal harmony.

Join us the evening of August 22nd for a performance by the Keefe Jackson - Jakob Heniemann Quartet.

The project consists of a core trio with Keefe Jackson (saxophones, bass clarinet), Adam Shead (drums), and Jakob Heinemann on bass, who released their debut album ‘Stinger’ in August 2025 on Irritable Mystic Records. Augmenting this group is reedist Andre Royston a rising star in Oslo’s thriving creative music scene.
