Giving a big shout out to Destiny Brady for being the first resident of Cream City Culture Consortium’s artist residency in Milwaukee, WI!

Destiny, a Chicago-native, but UWM architecture graduate and recent graduate of Curatorial Science in London, survived the 1-week curatorial boot camp, being instrumental in the final curation, artist relations, installation, marketing, technical logistics, and documentation of the 8th annual “This is America” exhibition opening reception within 5 Points Art Gallery + Studios.

Destiny’s curatorial intensive was capstoned by dinners and celebrations with Cream City Culture Consortium’s board and 5 Points Art Gallery’s extended family.

Destiny’s work ethic, commitment, attention to quality and detail, and infectiously humorous spirit made her the perfect resident and benchmark for the program. Her talent is boundless and will surely catapult her in her future curatorial pursuits.

Congratulations to Destiny Brady! She is missed already!
