Who says art always has to hang on a wall?
I love the idea of changing the way we look at art. Here, some pieces are lying flat on a shelf, so you see them from above. Others are standing almost like little sculptures.
Same art, different perspective. And suddenly, you see things in a completely different way.
These minis are original works by different artists, priced between $300 and $500. A great opportunity to own an original piece of art without needing a big wall or a big budget.
Sometimes, all you need is a little space and a different way of looking at things.

Two paintings by Dorothy Ganek, two different sizes and color palettes, but a beautiful combination. Currently on display at our Millburn gallery, we’ve paired them around a corner, allowing each piece to have its own space while creating a connection between them. They could also work beautifully side by side as an irregular diptych, bringing together different proportions, warm and cool colors, and plenty of texture. A great example of how art doesn’t need to match to work together.

I love the color in this painting by Anahid Ypres. The deep burgundy, the greens, that yellow flower. Then you get closer and start noticing everything else: the sliced fruit, the cherries, the little turquoise vase, and the checkered table pulling it all together. There’s so much to enjoy here. I love the space Kevin Andrew leaves around these flowers. That warm gray gives the pinks, greens and little flashes of turquoise room to stand out. Then you get closer and see the loose lines, the paint dragged across petals, the flowers almost disappearing under a brushstroke. Swipe through the details. I wanted you to see those parts too, because looking at the whole painting is only half the pleasure.

I’m always busy, but today I decided to switch off for a while and just have some fun. So I gave AI a challenge: make better art than me. I took a few pieces from my inventory and uploaded them. The rule was simple: AI had to preserve the essence of the original work, but it was free to use all of its creative potential to take the piece and make it better.
In this carousel, the first image is the original, created by me, an artist, a human being. Hours of work, ideas, dreams, frustration, talent, technique, mistakes, breakthroughs, instinct, and all of the messy things that come with making art. The second image is AI’s version, its attempt to take the same artwork and make it better.
And now I really want to know what you think. People don’t usually comment too much on this profile, but I’m curious to hear your opinion. Which one do you prefer, the original or the AI version? Be honest. Leave your verdict below.
