Introducing Project “Surfside 1” – 2026, the first of many exciting builds to come this year! We’re proud to be collaborating with as we bring this coastal-front home vision to life.

This home is being enclosed with expansive glass, designed to frame breathtaking open intercoastal views — the kind of waterfront setting you’ll want to wake up to every morning. Featuring our premium ES Windows producs throughout, the residence is thoughtfully crafted to maximize light, views, and coastal elegance. To complete the grand entrance, we’re installing a stunning 6’ x 12’ glass pivot door from none the less -wall that makes for an unforgettable first impression!

design.build brought a true entertainer’s dream to life in this home. The shared living space features five 16’ multitrack sliding doors, paired with 12’ tall storefront windows — capturing every ounce of natural light possible in the common area alone!
