The Mendon Historical Society is a nonprofit organization created in 1896 and incorporated in 1909. It is dedicated to protecting and preserving Mendon’s documents, buildings and items of historical significance. The Society is a custodian of the Mendon Historical Museum at Founder’s Park and the Record Room at 13 Main Street. Donations to our collection pertaining to the history of the town of Me

ndon and its citizens are gratefully accepted. The Historical Society welcomes the support and participation of all.

The Mendon Historical Society would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful people who either baked or supplied cookies for the attendees at the Santa Parade last Friday. It was really heartwarming to see the incredible selection of cookies that were provided.

The Mendon Historical Society is urgently seeking local volunteers to either bake or supply cookies for the annual Santa parade on Friday 5th December. We give away cookies and cider free to attendees at the old museum on Founders Park. If you are able to help, please let me know asap. Many, many thanks.
