The construction of Mattoon’s historical depot replica is coming to fulfillment. The photos below show excavation by Jess White and Dave Kickhaver, both original members of the Mattoon Area Historical Society. Thank you for all your hard work. Does anyone have an idea who these Phlox men are? I believe that the first gent sitting, left, is a Koepple. John Meidle I believe is standing behind him. But I am not sure. Need help in getting names.
