Pizza dough with yogurt, honey, I promise you and the kids will loved it! 🍕❤️ No yeast or waiting on dough to rise. Just a few simple ingredients and a cast-iron skillet for that crispy, golden bottom. Add whatever toppings your family loves!

CAST-IRON YOGURT CRUST PIZZA
Makes one 10–12-inch pizza

Ingredients:
1 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for shaping
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, preferably whole milk
1 tablespoon olive oil, for the skillet
Your favorite pizza sauce and toppings

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F with a rack in the lower third. Coat the bottom and sides of a room-temperature 10–12-inch cast-iron skillet with the olive oil.
2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes, until the dough comes together. It should be soft and slightly tacky. If it’s very sticky, add flour 1 tablespoon at a time. If it’s dry and crumbly, add a little more yogurt.
4. Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then pat or roll into a circle. Place in the skillet and press evenly across the bottom, leaving a slightly thicker edge.
5. Prick the center several times with a fork. Bake without toppings for 8–10 minutes, until the surface looks dry and set.
6. Add the sauce, cheese, and toppings. Cook any raw meat beforehand, and go light on wet toppings.
7. Bake another 10–15 minutes, until the edges are golden, the cheese is bubbling, and the bottom is browned. A thicker crust may need a few extra minutes.
8. Rest for 3–5 minutes, then transfer to a cutting board and slice!

Most treehouses need multiple trees or heavy ground posts, which is what makes this single-stem tree-trunk cabin concept so interesting to study.

Instead of building a flat box on branches, curved vertical ribs and horizontal rings form a teardrop pod anchored at the top and bottom of the frame around the trunk. That compact footprint still fits a lower sleeping level and a separate upper loft workspace with 360-degree forest views through the glass panels. 🌲
