In 2025 Brian Jeremiason of Minneota received a SMAC Artist Growth grant for attending a one-on-one photography workshop with Brian Hansel, focusing on Lake Superior landscape photography. The grant was also used to purchase a wide-angle zoom lens and tripod.

In this session, learn how to track revenues and expenses, make informed projections, and gain a clearer understanding of your artistic business finances. There will also be time for connection and conversation, co-facilitated by a SEMAC staff member.

These workshops are hosted by Springboard for the Arts, in collaboration with SEMAC, for creatives in the PLRAC, SEMAC, and SMAC regions.
