Due to the inclement weather associated with Hurricane Isaias, we have made the decision to close AHTC tomorrow, Saturday, October 10. The safety of our guests and volunteers is our first priority.

It is with great disappointment that we have elected to cancel the 2026 edition of our annual Wings and Whitewalls car show.

We are focusing our efforts elsewhere and simply do not have the bandwidth to present the first class event everyone has come to expect. We did not reach this decision lightly and appreciate your continued support as we take on our next chapters of growth.

We hope to have the most unique setting for Atlanta's best looking rides return in the future.

Its a scorcher! AHTC will be closing at 3:00PM today (Saturday, September 5) as the temperature has exceeded our published threshold of 95 degrees. In observance of National POW / MIA Recognition Day on September 18, we will gather to formally dedicate a special memorial space and pay tribute to America’s prisoners of war and those still missing in action.

A new POW / MIA table is located at the heart of Legacy Plaza, beneath the American flag, POW / MIA flag, and flags of each military branch, as a lasting place of remembrance, reflection, and respect. The ceremony will include formal remarks from two former POWs and a POW / MIA table presentation by local veterans. A reception will follow the end of the ceremony at approximately 11:00AM.

The POW / MIA table was brought to life through a collaboration of the AHTC team, the Honorary Commanders Alumni Association, Kennesaw State University's Day of Service volunteers, and made possible by support from The Veterinary Clinic.
