She has created murals and faux painting for many local businesses and private homes. She holds art class for home-schooled children, special needs children and adults at Studio on the Hill. Cindy Wilhoite is a retired art t

eacher who worked in Baltimore County Public Schools in grades K-12 for 27 years. She is an active Student-Service learning Fellow and teaches the Maryland 7 Best Practices to students who volunteer in order to earn service-learning hours towards Maryland graduation requirements.
