Our low-residency Master of Fine Arts (MFA) lets you earn your graduate degree in your own terms, on your own time. You’ll be immersed in a diverse community of aspiring artists, supported by hands-on faculty who take the time to know each student personally, actively encouraging experimentation and collaboration across disciplines. Back at home, our far-reaching network of emerging and well-estab

lished artists will continue to mentor you as you push yourself to new heights. The Master of Art in Teaching (MAT) is for those who hold a bachelor’s degree and want to become an art educator with a K-12 certification. If you don’t have a bachelor’s degree and want to become an art educator with a K-12 certification, our 5-year dual BFA/MAT degree is the program for you.
