Afterschool Artists Circle

From January 13 through May 18, 2025, Afterschool Artists Circle will host weekly after-school art discussions for Manchester high school students, facilitated by MYSB staff. The program will also feature visiting artist lectures and organize field trips to local art galleries and museums to enrich participants’ understanding of themselves and their communities through art analysis and education.

Visiting artists will explore the intersections of:
Art and Activism
Art and Entrepreneurship
Art and Alternative Processes

Field trips include:
Manchester Community College
UConn School of Fine Arts
Yale School of Art
