🖼️ WE’RE HIRING – Picture Framer / Hands-On Craftsperson
We’re a busy custom framing shop looking for the right person to join our small, experienced team.
Picture framing experience is great, but not required. We’re interested in someone who is naturally good with their hands and tools, enjoys working with artwork, and takes pride in doing careful, precise work.
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Is detail-oriented and good with their hands
✔️ Is comfortable using hand tools and taking precise measurements
✔️ Enjoys artwork and creative, hands-on work
✔️ Likes solving problems and figuring things out efficiently
✔️ Has excellent customer service skills
✔️ Can work independently and take initiative
✔️ Is easy to work with and enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team
✔️ Is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day
The job includes:
• Custom picture framing and assembly
• Working with artwork, frames, glass, mats, and a variety of tools
• Helping customers make framing selections
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
An art background or framing experience is a plus, but aptitude, attention to detail, and the right personality matter most.
5 days per week
We’re a small shop with a steady flow of interesting work and a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.
