Beautiful Sunday listening to the Irish-Celtic tunes of West of Dublin. It was great to show off HEC to a crowd of many first-time visitors!

We were honored to welcome Hanover College President Lambert’s May Term course on Martin Luther King Jr. to Historic Eleutherian College this month. Students toured the historic college building, explored the 19th-century civil rights movement, and shared research on the people, events, and ideas that influenced Dr. King’s life and legacy. Thank you for spending the day with us and for engaging so thoughtfully with this important history.

We had a terrific Saturday building community and discovering our history.

Thank you to author David Goodrich for a fantastic book presentation on his work retracing the Underground Railroad, and for the incredible community members who came out to the college via trolley and bike!
