Madera County Museum is a historical collectin of Madera history. The Museum building is located in the heart of Madera. It is the original Madera courthouse and was built in 1900. Museum is operated by the Madera County Historical Society and is open to the public. Each year the Museum is extravagantly decorated for Christmas by volunteers. The Annual Christmas Gala fundraiser kicks off the Christmas Holidays in Madera.
