Just realized it's been a bit since I've updated anything, much less anything other than my painted statues, so here's a dump of several Christmas themed things I've printed, and also still have readily available for purchase. Alright, so I am still debating making a small alteration to the horns but I've stayed up WAY later than intended messing with this, so for now I'm calling it finished. Thus I present to you Chihiro and Haku by Tanuki Figures!

This statue (because at this scale I think it has to be called a statue) will be available for purchase, but due to the scale, time spent and cost of materials being what they are, this is not going to be cheap. If anyone is interested, or knows someone who is an avid collector that does not mind spending a serious amount on a decoration please send them my way. If you are interested in this model, but are not interested in the price (which is perfectly reasonable) I am planning on making this model again, but at a considerably smaller scale... potentially even the size of a soda can if possible, which would considerably reduce the price, but also greatly reduce the detail. If you are simply curious about the price, but not necessarily interested in purchasing, please feel free to ask.

Nothing certain just yet, but i think I may be able to call this one finished by the end of tomorrow, all I really have left is Chihiro and them some finishing touchesaround the whole thing. I will say though, in her current state, she does look rather.... gruesome... lol skin tones tomorrow, then hair and clothes. After that it should mostly just be glowing everything together

A bit more progress today, I've found that a big part of why it's taking me so long is simply that I'm trying exceptionally hard to make every seam as clean as possible, and since it's my first time at this scale, it is taking a bit of time... but all that's left of the main body is to glue the top half to the bottom half, and then it's just cleaning up the connections and moving onto the head, Chihiro herself and lastly the tail. I'm ffinally starting to see the end of the tunnel lol

So because I had a vending event yesterday, I took a day off from my regular dragon painting schedule to finish up a model that I had nearly finished over a year ago. Around 9 inches or so tall not counting his weapon, this bust of Gambit is sculpted by Wicked3D. Really all I had to finish painting was the base which only had some primer up until now, but figuring out how to properly light it up took the majority of the day.

As for tonight I'm going to finally move into actually fleeing the parts of the dragon together.
