Lyon Mountain Mining & Railroad Museum Lyon Mountain Mining & Railroad Museum was formed in 1999. The former D&H Railroad Station was purchased in 2000, renovated & opened in 2006.

Now home to the museum, showcasing mining, railroad & community exhibits.

1976 – At the CVBL banquet, Glen Petrashune (Lyon Mountain Miners) is named the Most Valuable Player of the regular season after winning the Triple Crown (.500, 5hr, 23rbi) and going 7-2 with a 1.16 earned run average and 78 strikeouts in 60 innings. John Zerrahn (Peru) was named the Playoff MVP going 4-1 with a 2.27 era and 31 strikeouts in 44 innings of work.
