Maier Museum of Art at Randolph College

Free admission and open to visitors year-round. Located on Randolph College's picturesque campus. The Studio Art Thesis Exhibition is held in late spring.

"The Annual," an exhibition of contemporary art, is presented each fall. Additional exhibitions feature works of art on loan or from the Permanent Collection. The Maier serves the Randolph College community, Lynchburg and the Central Virginia region with a robust schedule of programs and public events.

The museum will be closed Friday, June 19th, to honor Juneteenth. We will be open our regular hours of 1 - 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Research by Carter Heckeroth '28 during his internship with Randolph College's Ancient Collections led to a collaboration with the Museum and Heritage Studies museum education class this past spring. Carter and classmates prepared artifacts and archival materials for display in our exhibition "The Legacy of Louise Jordan Smith" (on view through July 31st).
