Luck WI Area Historical Society The Luck Area Historical Society is headquartered at the Museum in Luck WI--in western Wisconsin about 55 miles northeast of St Paul MN.

It is in the center of an agricultural and lake area settled originally by many Danes and other Scandinavians.

A busy day at the museum and library for Lucky Days. The museum offered an Aebleskiver breakfast and the library a book sale. Downtown were 100s of old cars, tractors and folks out on a sunny, mild, smokeless day in the 70s instead of the 90s.

Join us we will be at Our lady of the lakes Church in Balsam Lake this year - with handicap access. Advance tickets ( cash or check only) by Aug. 3rd. Come and pick your choice of meal ( meatless lasagna or chicken ( pick either light or dark meat.) There will be wine and beer for purchase. 3 course dinner, silent auction, Comedian Marjean Rowan and music by Manfred. No ticket sales at the door. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY AUG.3
