Lincoln Gallery We represent Thompson Valley Art League, a local co-operative of fine art professionals from Colorado

The gallery itself is owned and operated by the Thompson Valley Art League. TVAL is a non-profit cooperative that has over 50 local artist members. The Lincoln Gallery provides a venue for member artists to display their work and provides the community with original, local art. We have many active members and are always accepting of new members. Our Mission Statement:

Downtown Loveland is going to be full of art, food, entertainment and more on September 11 and 12. Lincoln Gallery and the Thompson Valley Art League are thrilled to be part of it all!

First we have Night on the Town which happens almost every 2nd Friday in Downtown Loveland. This month it also happens to be the Opening Reception for our Annual Regional Fine Art Show featuring artists from Colorado and neighboring states. Join us from 7pm to 9pm on Friday September 11 for a fabulous new show in the gallery.

Check out other galleries, restaurants and shops that stay open for this special event around downtown. And come admire the new sidewalks, lights and landscaping on 4th Street.

Second, on Saturday September 12 is the always popular Pastels on 5th St.

Lincoln Gallery will have a tent just outside the gallery with a wide variety of art, prints, gifts and more for sale. The gallery will also be open so you can come in and enjoy the brand new exhibit.

You can find Lincoln Gallery at 429 Lincoln Ave - between 4th and 5th streets.

HThis Sunday, August 23, join artist Gloria Campbell for a wonderful full day mixed-media class at the Lincoln Gallery from 9am to 4pm.

This workshop is designed for artists who enjoy mixing textures and materials to create abstract paintings-or want to try it for the first time.

We’ll start with making your own collage papers using various tools to create designs and textures. The unique papers will then be used to layer either a collage or mixed media painting.

Each participant will walk out the door with an 8 x 8” masterpiece on a wooden cradle. All materials provided.

Gloria Campbell is a self-taught artist. She says, "I love mixing colors, mixing papers, and mixing media to create abstract paintings that have been "layered up" to capture a mood, a moment, an object, or an idea while still leaving traces of the marks and words from the earliest stages of the process. In recent years, my art has been juried into exhibits in California, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, and Wyoming."

Join us this Friday in Downtown Loveland for the August Night on the Town.

Lincoln Gallery is always thrilled to be a part of this event that's been going on for over 20 years.

This month we are featuring the artist Julie Adams who will be doing live demonstrations and visiting with guests.

Also enjoy our Exhibiting members show before it's gone and connect with local artists from right here in your community.

Downtown Loveland’s Night on the Town tradition was started over 20 years ago and is held held on the 2nd Friday of each month. This signature event is a self guided art walk that everyone can enjoy. Join us downtown as Lincoln Gallery and other art galleries hold opening receptions, restaurants and bars feature seasonal food and drink specials, retail shops stay open late with sales and discount promotions and craft breweries host new beer releases.

Lincoln Gallery is open 6pm to 9pm.
