My current favorite Altair firmware stack has code written by MITS, Bob Harp, Mike Douglas, Martin Eberhard, and Mike Karas. My plan is to install the firmware on the FDC+ & 88-2SIOJP. The 88-PMC version of AltMon disables the modified Turnkey Module EPROMS. The Turnkey Module monitor TURMON or UBMON can jump to AltMon at F800h or the Turnkey Module can jump directly to AltMon. I've added a boot EPROM for the Tarbell 1011D controller.
