Join us Sunday, November 1 from 12–3 PM for an afternoon of sock monkey making! We’ll provide everything you need, along with guided instruction, to create your very own sock monkey to take home.
$45 per person and includes a visit upstairs to the Sock Monkey Museum!

🐵Meet: Daisy Jane 🌼☮️

🐵 Sockupation: Traveling Love Bead Salesmonkey. In the summer of 1969, free spirited Daisy Jane packed her VW bus with colorful love beads and headed to the legendary Woodsock Music Festival, hoping to make a little money. Three days later, she’d given away her entire inventory, made a hundred new friends, and discovered a hidden talent for playing the tambourine. She still calls it her most successful business trip!

🐵Favorite Hobby: Making macramé wall hangings. She insists they make any place feel a little more like home.

🐵Favorite Food: Homemade Granola - a flower child’s favorite way to start the day!

🐵Meet: Choo Choo Charlie

🐵 Sockupation: Once upon a time, he was an engineer… 🚂
Charlie loved everything about life on the rails, but ringing the bell was a favorite part. He rang it for crossings, stations, people waving, someone wearing a striped shirt, anyone with freckles, you get the idea - he wasn’t exactly known for sneaking into town unnoticed.

🐵Favorite Hobby: Whittling wooden train whistles. Charlie may have retired from the railroad, but apparently he hasn’t retired from making noise. 🚂😉

🐵Favorite Color: Denim Blue

🐵Favorite Food: Good n’ Plenty - doesn’t know any other candy that he loves so well

Oh and that little wrench on his belt? Charlie always kept it handy just in case. After all, his favorite bell had a very demanding work schedule. 🔔😉
