Special Art for a Special Camp is officially one week away, so we thought we'd share a quick look at one of the 15 camp-themed paintings that will be available for purchase. We can’t give it all away just yet, so take in the tiny details with us as you look at this work up close by Holly Tilley.

Spending the long holiday weekend outdoors?

It feels like the perfect time to share a few behind-the-scenes photos from our artists’ visits to Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp (Official Site) ahead of our upcoming event, Special Art for a Special Camp, on June 4th.

The evening will feature at least 15 camp-themed paintings for sale, including the portrait of Sanford Tollette displayed during his retirement celebration. Refreshments and fellowship will be available throughout the evening, and all are welcome, whether purchasing artwork or simply coming to learn more about the camp’s impact.

Earlier this month, we shared a look at the cover of the May issue of Little Rock City Lifestyle. Today, we’re sharing a closer look at the issue, in which artist Sandra Sell is featured as part of their celebration of “four inspiring local women whose creativity, leadership, and service continue to shape our community.”

As they shared, Sandra’s work reflects “years of dedication, discipline, and creative curiosity,” and her journey from “former Army mechanic turned full-time artist” is “a testament to persistence and purpose.”

We’re always glad to see our artists featured in publications like this and appreciate Little Rock City Lifestyle’s continued support for local artists here in Little Rock.

Special Art for a Special Camp

You are cordially invited to join us on Thursday, June 4, for Special Art for a Special Camp, a special evening benefiting Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp - Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp (Official Site).

Art Group Gallery artists have created original works inspired by all the beautiful things this camp does for our community. Pfeifer Camp provides an arena for kids to be seen for their leadership, resiliency, tenacity, and kindness. The camp community provides a stable, safe place to develop relationships, independence, and selflessness.
