Greeting Five Medals participants and fans. *Important* PSA. A story broke today that the state fire marshal has closed down Amish Acres. Unfortunately, at least one station posted images of the adjacent property where we hold the event. The event property is NOT affected by this situation, NOR are we affiliated in any way with Amish Acres. Five Medals is full speed ahead for May 1-2, 2027 and we can't wait to see you. Thank you.

This is too nice not to share. Created by our good friend Martha at the ELC Heritage Collection NPL in Nappanee and distributed from their booth last weekend at Experience Nappanee. A perfect "soft launch" and Save-the-Date notice for 2027.

(P.S. the address used is the official entrance of the Farm. It's the same site as always)

Last week's storm had a silver lining. Busy day with a chainsaw but thanks to a generous neighbor and Five Medals fan, his lane got cleared and we got about 30% of our firewood needs for 2027. Win-win.

Last year, we re-purposed these signs because we absolutely love them. Gifted artist and friend of the event, Jeff Prechtel, did a fabulous job and we will use them for as long as they hold up. They went up today and are waiting to greet you May 2nd and 3rd. See you at Five Medals!
