The First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP) is excited to announce Raise the Region 2018, an event to help the communities of Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union counties support local nonprofit organizations fundraising efforts.
