(Update: We have garden fresh organically grown produce still available—tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapeño, squash, carrot tops—great for stocks and salads…)

Just in time for “tea time”—fresh sourdough kolaches with a variety of fruit fillings from scratch (cream cheese, lemon, strawberry, blueberry, dark cherry, mango)

We also have a few Klobásníky / Pigs left, fresh pork sausage wrapped in sourdough brioche (plane Jane, cheddar, or jalapeño with pepper jack)

….a few cookies (selection of browned butter chocolate chunk, classic chocolate chip, butter pecan, and gf ginger snap, gf oatmeal raisin)

…and we’re down to the last one dozen eggs 🍳

Fresh local beef, pasture-raised, and plenty of Texas sunshine ☀️

Local gardens are abounding with fresh vegetables and pure goodness…the taste of a fresh juicy tomato, sweet carrots, crisp cucumbers, or kickin jalapeños are just what your summer plate needs.

We currently have organically grown Uzbek Gold Carrots, Cucumbers, and Carrot Tops from “Cooper Market Farms” right here in Ledbetter, and tomatoes, jalapeños, and bell peppers from our own Zapalac Cattle Co.

We will have fresh local produce available weekly, so be sure to stop in and stock up! And if you’re a local gardener and would like to share your bounty with others, please reach out and we will reserve a space for you in our “produce section” 🥗

…or if you have canned goods to sell, we are a permitted Cottage Foods vendor and would love to help showcase your goods 🫙

🥗Chef Salads have made their way to our summer menu as well—featuring a variety of seasonal garden fresh vegetables grown locally and served with sourdough focaccia breadstick or croutons.

We’ll also be offering fresh sides as an option to your sandwiches, or as a stand-alone if you choose. This week we have a fresh Cucumber Slaw made with organic cabbage, red onion, and homegrown cucumbers, tomatoes, and a touch of jalapeño 🥒🥬🌶️ 🧅🍅

And remember to stop in for local ranch-raised beef from happy cattle raised on pasture and Texas sunshine

Stuermer Store’s rosemary & garlic sourdough focaccia makes the perfect breakfast sandwich on the go if you’re lucky enough to take some home (pictured here are fresh garden tomatoes and basil with prosciutto)….

Or stop in the store and we can dress up a fresh sandwich for your lunch today with the meats, cheeses, and toppings of your choice…including our garden fresh tomatoes (we can’t officially call them organic, but you know what we mean if we say grown without all the chemicals). As always, all sandwiches are served on homemade sourdough (organic wheat, or organic fresh milled heritage wheat berries for our whole wheat sourdough) available classic or panini style, fresh and hot!
