💚 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | OCTOBER 10TH 💚

A little kindness can make a BIG difference! 💚

Today, the League City Lions Club joins communities around the world in recognizing World Mental Health Day and the importance of compassion, understanding, and support.

Mental health matters to everyone, and sometimes the smallest gestures can have the greatest impact. A phone call, a listening ear, a kind word, or simply letting someone know they aren’t alone can mean more than we realize. 💚

🌿 Check on your friends and neighbors.

💚 Listen without judgment.

🤝 Offer support, even when it’s not asked for.

🦁 Be the reason someone feels seen, heard, and valued.

As Lions, our mission is to serve, and that includes looking out for the emotional well-being of those around us. Building a stronger community means caring for one another in every way.

It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to need support. And it’s always okay to show kindness.

💚 Together, let’s help break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a community where no one feels they have to struggle alone.

WE SERVE. WE CARE. WE ROAR! 🦁💙💛
