Tomorrow we resume our class at Northside. What a fun and informative day it is sure to be. We will go in depth into color theory and I know they will all be surprised at what they learn. If you have a home schooler, we have just a few spots left. 1:30 to 3:00 PM, on American Way, by Northside School, in the rec center. But you do need to tell me because all the kids will be given laminated color wheels and I need a good head count. :)

I am going to try to keep my page more current. :)) Here is a photo of a recent Girl's Night Out Group. I think it's so fun that they chose such totally different projects. I had fun and I think they didi to.

We had a lot of fun painting the butterflies yesterday at Oxbow Meadows Learning Center. They have the BEST programs, teaching about the creatures we are going to paint before we paint them. They often have living animals, such as alligators to show and talk about, then we paint them on small canvases. Yesterday, the group had a lecture on butterflies, went out and caught butterflies and then came inside and painted them. :)) What fun!

How we enjoyed this group of kids! They got to see and touch the real Alligtors in the Pond. Then they came inside and painted this fun and whimsical fellow. :))
