Today in the office : The Hangar 743 Edition

A little history from the hangar today. ✨
Currently in the shop, we have a TBM Avenger undergoing its first annual inspection before taking flight again soon.

This aircraft served during World War II and flew in the North Atlantic, which is reflected in its distinctive paint scheme. The TBM Avenger played a critical role during the war and remains one of the most recognizable naval aircraft of its era.

A fun piece of history: President George H.W. Bush was a TBM Avenger pilot during World War II. He famously flew Avenger aircraft as one of the youngest naval aviators in the war.
Moments like these are what make The Hangar 743 so special. Every visit offers the opportunity to experience a living piece of aviation history and see these incredible aircraft up close.
