Holcombe-Jimison Farmstead Museum

Holcombe-Jimison Farmstead Museum Holcombe-Jimison Farmstead is dedicated to preserving of Hunterdon County’s agricultural heritage. Admission is $5; children 5 & under are free.

The Farmstead includes a large 1891 bank barn with an extensive collection of artifacts dealing with farming in the region. There is also a 1711 house, a new large barn displaying farm equipment, a general store, a post office, a barbershop, a blacksmith's forge, a 20th century machine shop, a print shop, and a herb garden maintained by The Delaware Valley Herb Society. Open Wednesday mornings all year; Sundays from 1-4 May to October. Located north of Lambertville NJ just south of Rt 202.

Dairy day this Sunday!

On Sunday, June 7 we are celebrating Dairy Month (June) with our own Dairy Day from 1-4!

You may be able to see this cute calf- or another cuter one…

Churn Ice cream the old fashioned way!

Milk-a-cow by hand (well , not a real one but close)

Take a look at the old fashioned equipment in outlet display.

Use an old fashioned kitchen butter churn like Great Grandma used to!

We will also have some chocolate milk and ice cream taste testing thanks to our friends at Hun-Val Dairy right in Ringoes.

So let’s get together Sunday down on the farm!
