Thank you to everyone who came out to today's 2025 St. Lucia Festival! It was a terrific turnout. We hope everyone has a blessed St. Lucia Day!

ST. LUCIA FESTIVAL: The annual St. Lucia Festival, which celebrates Swedish culture, is returning to the Museum of Seminole County History on Saturday, December 13, from noon to 4 p.m.!

Hosted by the Seminole County Historical Society, this year’s event coincides with the official beginning of the Christmas season in Swedish culture, and this free festival will feature authentic Swedish food, desserts, and beverages, as well as choral and dance performances and a traditional St. Lucia processional.

For the first time ever, this event will be emceed by Seminole County Commissioner Jay Zembower, and the Presentation of Colors will be performed by the Seminole County Fire Department.

Mark your calendar for this event you won't want to miss.
