We may not be covered in coal dust, but with our second floor renovations nearing completion, construction dust has settled in at our museum.

That means we've been going through a LOT of paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, soap, and air fresheners trying to keep things clean and welcoming for visitors.

Our annual custodial budget is around $3,000, and we’d love a little community help keeping up with the mess.

We gladly accept:
• Toilet paper & paper towels
• Trash bags
• Cleaning supplies
• Hand soap & air fresheners

And honestly… we’ll even take:
• Trash bags that didn’t fit your cans
• Cleaning sprays you hated the smell of
• Extra supplies collecting dust under your sink

Partially used items are completely welcome. History isn’t picky!

Drop-off donations are welcome during museum hours, 10am to 3pm Monday through Saturday.

Today marks the 124th anniversary of the Fraterville Mine Disaster.
