Horror waits for you around every corner, so if you don't find many things scary...they WILL find you! Museum of Fear occupies the third floor of the Lafayette Science Museum and uses a combination of seasoned actors, elaborate set design, and original soundtracks... leaving every victim cowering in fear. This premiere fundraiser is the product of Lafayette Science Museum Foundation, Inc., and is

its largest fundraising event of the year! The proceeds from Museum of Fear go towards Lafayette Science Museums extensive list of exhibits and educational programs.

I Know.. I Know.. You want to be brave in the face of your friends... But....
If you know or suspect that you have a mental or physical condition which might be adversely affected by strobe and other disorienting lighting, fog effects, extreme darkness and pitch black, intense sounds, extreme visual effects and graphic imagery, uneven flooring, claustrophobic spaces or performer and mechanical driven startling devices you should not purchase a Museum of Fear ticket or attempt to experience the exhibit.

Sometimes it happens, and this is what we do.....
Museum of Fear assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items. Due to the nature of the exhibit, we recommend that you not carry loose or valuable items through the exhibit, especially cell phones. Leave them in your vehicle. If you do lose an item, please advise one of our staff members as soon as possible. The exhibit will not be stopped to search for any lost items. A search may be conducted after the exhibit is closed for the evening. If the item is found we will contact you.
