Froggy has been nickname since forever it seems and it is certainly easier for most people to say than my real name, Galadriel. (Yes, Mom and Dad were big LOTR fans.) So, call me Froggy or call me Galadriel – I answer to both. Art is in my blood and I have making it since I was knee-high to a tadpole (pun intended). My mother is a wonderful artist and has always encouraged me and taught me many of

her tricks along the way. The rest I taught myself. I am now a mother myself to three beautiful and active little boys, the oldest is four and the youngest is one and one angel baby in heaven who was born too soon. My husband and boys keep me busy and when I am not working or helping out with church activities, I find myself unsettled without a creative outlet. Whether it is painting or croqueting, crafting or sewing or discovering something entirely new – you can’t seem to keep this froggy away from the crafts! Having a large and active family does put a strain on the income and I decided to put my talents to good use and bring in a little extra on the side. Lastly, though it certainly doesn’t limit me in any way from achieving my goals – you may see a spelling error here and there as I post an item or two. I grew up with unique challenge of dyslexia and a learning disability. It didn’t stop me from reading everything I could get my hands on, even now when I have the chance (rarely). But, it does make things like writing take a little longer and spell check essential and even then, things get missed sometimes. Oh well, everyone has their challenges and this is mine. My sister says I am awesome (and made me write this here) for all the challenges I have overcome and that she makes spelling errors all the time too!
