Over the past several months I have been working on a new collection of abstract paintings called The One Thing.

The work considers the influences around us—the people we love, the expectations placed on us, the ways we learn to fit in, and the experiences that stay with us.

I’m thrilled that the collection will be presented in a solo exhibition at Patrician Gallery in Wilmette, opening October 15.

I’m so excited to share small paintings I had framed They turned out beautiful and the frames are just gorgeous! Gold with black edges 💛🖤 I couldn’t wait to share, I don’t know the exact size! 😄 I’ll measure tomorrow and post in my story, they’re roughly 20 x 22.

If you’re local to La Grange, pop in this Saturday, May 30.

I’ll have the gold framed art along with my large paintings on canvas next weekend, June 6 & 7 from 10AM to 4PM in Hinsdale.
