is the kind of artist whose work stays with you. In the gallery we often watch as our patrons stand in reverence and contemplation in front of Lois Peterson’s nature inspired drawings. What makes her art special isn’t just the undeniable technical skill. Lois’s drawings are often monumental in scale but incredibly intimate in detail. Those details and her mesmerizing line work are what draws you in. Her focus on ecological awareness, craftsmanship, and regional identity truly sets Lois’s work apart.
