Path Through History is a state-wide program that highlights the rich history of New York State. Usually, local historical societies and cultural institutions have programs showcasing an aspect of local history. Because of New York State's phased reopening, this year's June Path Through History Weekend is a virtual event and runs from June 15 through July 4. This format will allow for participation from our entire historic community, regardless of reopening status, while promoting additional engagement through its extended timeframe. Participants get to discover and appreciate the network of museums, forts, military landmarks, and homes of presidents and artists.
To find the many programs offered by the Path Through History program go to the Knox Historical Society webpage
