What an unforgettable weekend we shared at the Kings Mountain Motorsports & Heritage Fest! From the roar of engines to the stories shared between generations of racing fans, the fest was a true celebration of our region's rich motorsports heritage and the people who helped build it.

Visitors from across the Carolinas gathered to experience an incredible display of early stock cars, powerful late model dirt cars, and beautifully restored antique automobiles that lined the car event grounds with history, craftsmanship, and speed. Every corner of the event reflected the excitement and tradition of Southern motorsports culture, and seeing these legendary machines up close created memories that will last for years to come.

One of the highlights of the weekend was the Racers Reunion Tent, where fans had the opportunity to meet and hear from some of the personalities and racers who have helped shape the sport over the years. We extend our sincere gratitude to Bill Blair, Will Cronkite, Bill Rhine, John Hohmann, Bill Teague, Kerry Bodenhamer, Jason Freeman, J. J. Grice, Dennis Walker, Bob Hissom, and Allen Sparks for being part of this special event and for sharing their stories, memories, and passion for racing with our community.

We would also like to extend a very special thank you to every car participant who proudly brought an early stock car, late model dirt car, or antique classic automobile to display during the event. Your dedication to preserving the history, craftsmanship, and spirit of motorsports made this event truly extraordinary. Seeing these historic race cars and beautifully restored classics up close gave visitors an unforgettable opportunity to experience the sights and stories of racing heritage firsthand. Your passion and willingness to share these remarkable vehicles with our community helped make the Kings Mountain Motorsports & Heritage Fest a tremendous success. The Kings Mountain Historical Museum is proud to preserve and share the stories of our region, and this event proved once again how powerful it is when history, community, and passion come together.

Events like this are only possible because of the dedication and hard work of countless volunteers and supporters behind the scenes. We would like to offer a very special thank you to our outstanding volunteers and ad hoc committee members whose vision, energy, and commitment helped make this year's festival such a tremendous success.

We are also deeply grateful to our generous sponsors whose support made the weekend possible:

* Buckeye Fire Equipment
* Nutty for Nutcrackers
* Kings Mountain Family Dentistry
* Neisler Brothers, Inc.

Your investment in our community, local history, and motorsports heritage helped create an extraordinary experience for families, racing enthusiasts, and museum supporters alike.
