Notice how we all default to negativity? One wrong word and the replies flood with outrage, superiority, and performative judgment. This constant narcissistic cycle—making everything about *our* feelings, *our* offense, *our* hot take—is exhausting and pointless.

We’re wired for it, sure, but we don’t have to feed it. Let’s kill the reflex to tear down and start choosing better: empathy, nuance, and actually adding value. The timeline (and the world) would be a lot healthier if we did.
